The Rye bread mix wrapping is fragile. This is why we place them in a plastic bag for shipping. We can’t guarantee how they are handled during transit, and do not refund broken bags. We can guarantee that the paper bags were whole when leaving our store, so the content of the plastic bag is fine to use.
