Just add meat and water.
Recipe: To 1 lb of ground meat of your choice add content of bag together with 3/4 cup-1 cup of water, seltzer or milk and mix. Hand mixer can be used.
This mix can be used for frikadeller (Danish Meatballs), meatballs, meatloaf or other ground meat recipes.
One sausage approximate 2.1 lbs
We might cut this into halves in order to ship easier.
